Transit Time: Once you have purchased your Art and it is ready for shipping we will notify you of your shipping date and tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost order: We use professional packaging service and a professional shipper to protect your art during shipment. If for any reason your order gets damaged or lost in transit we will need to make a claim with carrier. Please use the following steps immediately:

1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
4. If your photo return is confirmed, we will send you shipping instructions for a full refund of the product cost.
Other: Please provide us with an accurate physical address. Fed-Ex does not ship to post office boxes. Not providing us with this will delay your order being sent. Also, we ship to the shipping address you choose during check out. If an order is returned due to a wrong or undeliverable address you will have to pay the shipping cost again.

If you are not fully satisfied with your Art simply go to our contact US page and email us. Be sure to note subject field RETURN.
1. Include your order number, shipping id or item number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
